Amazing food and Awesome service, had chicken with fries, potato salad, and wings, Everything is Awesome!

Poor variety unless you love chicken or brisket.Managed to somehow incorrectly prepare a basic poutine (no curds gravy was far too salty).customer service was the only redeeming quality, very nice folks.

I had high hopes for this establishment but unfortunately a lot of our meal was a comedy of errors. We had a pretty big order between five people consisting of a couple poutines, a side of 4 cheese mac cheese, cornbread, chopped brisket sandwiches, a pulled pork sandwich, and a southern fried chicken sandwich.Overall there were more misses than there were hits but out of everything ordered the hits were poutine, cornbread, and the brisket.All three of these items are recommended The 4 cheese mac cheese was bland and underwhelming because the person who ordered it was looking forward to it all day (because they opened at four)The pulled pork was fine but could have used a little something extra on it to boost it.The southern chicken was the biggest error because my mother-in-law requested the sauce be on the side (incase it was too much spice) and this was confirmed. Unfortunately, it was so spicy she could not even eat her meal and attempted to share some of the brisket with her but she was turned off and didn't eat more than a bite.She spoke with the restaurant and they didn't seem to care much. Basically fluffed it off and said they would let the kitchen staff know should have been self-explanatory that when someone requests sauce on the side it should not go on the item.

Had wings and ribs tonight for dinner, delicious, as usual. Never been disappointed with any order at Pitmaster.

Stopped by Pitmaster on our way through Perth, and I was very pleased. We got the Ribs, and wings with a coleslaw and potato salad sides. The ribs were tasty, smoky, and fall off the bone. The wings were well breaded with plenty of sauce. The sides are probably good but we forgot utensils, so we didn't end up trying them yet.
