Simple 1-course lunch took 2 hours, mostly waiting for server to show up. Food for my group was okay, nothing to seek out, but at the next table, the kitchen had served a plate of clams that stank like a nasty sewer. Jeez. Upsides: inexpensive, charming setting, dog-friendly. So sad.
Good food and service. Recommend their truffle fries (comes with the sandwich), blackened chicken Alfredo pasta. Also try the strawberry pinacolada if you’re up for it
The food was high quality but doesn't come with a lot of flavor (salt, pepper, butter, etc)... excellent when dining with someone who has sensitivities or dietary restrictions. Service was wonderful. Beautiful patio and classy service for puppy.
Such a great restaurant, we had the pizza and the staff insisted we try the ranch and blue cheese. He mentioned to us that the same guy had been making that recipe for 25 years and you can taste it! It’s so phenomenal! Please spend one lunch or dinner on your stay here you won’t regret!
Great location, great food but the service was lacking. They have a small fireplace inside that doesn't heat much and a nice fireplace outside with a beautiful courtyard. We had to keep our coats on inside because it was so cold. We had the Asian meatloaf which was really just soy sauce and teriyaki sauce over grilled meatloaf with mashed potatoes and broccolini. Don't get me wrong, it was great. My wife had a cheeseburger and added bacon and grilled onions at the advice of our waitress. Bacon was $2 extra and onions were $1 extra. That made it a $22 burger. We also shared a bread pudding for $13 which was good but was so small it wasn't worth the cost. Here it is all about the location, hence the pricing.
