Roux - Carmel Valley Village

Just stoping by to have a bite before run into my day…. 1 simple dish … fish and chips … 2 out of the 3 pieces were raw and hard rock, call the server to please do it again, they did and again 2 out 3 inedible… by the way only my self and another 3 top on the entire bistro… how hard is to do something right ? I’ll no post the pictures, but I’ll keep it to justify this comment … I’m in the industry by the way hope next time will be better, we all deserve a second chance

NOT a French restaurant. Had a fun vibe, and part of our wine tour.

Food was great. The owner came out and greeted our birthday dinner group. Service was awesome. I recommend this place. We didn't get any wine but they have tons to choose from. Choose the outdoor seating you won't be disappointed.

Everything was wonderful, Mary's chicken was juicy, yuca fries fried perfectly, my daughter devoured the truffle pasta. Will be back.

My all time fav here is the Black Summer Truffle Pasta. It is sooooo gooood! The waiters are also very polite, and they have duck. So good!
