Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI had a terrible experience at this restaurant due to the unbelievable attitude of the manager. Despite having pasta on the menu, they refused to make it because they claimed it was too hot. I found this absurd considering water boils at 212 degrees and they use much hotter temperatures for items like pizza and fried wings. If they cannot make an item on their menu, they should just remove it altogether. I rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 1 out of 10.
If you enjoy being ignored, then this is the place for you. I waited in the store for 4 minutes while the staff member finished a conversation with an employee. After placing my order, I was told it would be an additional 10 minutes. I waited in my car for 10 minutes, returned to the store, and the staff member didn't even acknowledge me. I am currently standing here being ignored with a terrible attitude. It's hard to understand how they make any money when they don't care about their customers. I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant.
The presentation of the pizza was disappointing. The average cost per person was $20–30.
Great pizza, and wings too. I enjoy supporting this local business. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
First time in this place. Ordered a small pizza and a Philly steak sandwich. According to the menu board the pizza 7.99 and the steak 8.99 with a bottle of Diet Pepsi I was 29.80. The Philly did not have any grilled mushrooms or onions or green peppers. The owner was there and he said this menu board is 14 years old. I offered to pay them when I placed the order but they refused, they said: you pay when your food is ready. What a way to hustle and connive people. He said we depend on online orders not on walk ins. The mayor of Carnegie should go and have lunch there.
