Black Bear Diner Carson City

I had a delicious meal at this Black Bear Diner located in a hotel in Carson City. Although the restaurant was not highly decorated, the food and service were outstanding. I have visited many Black Bear Diners in different states, and this one did not disappoint. It was worth the drive to renew my license just to enjoy a tasty bite here. They even had some slot machines for entertainment.

The food at this restaurant is delicious! The service is great as well. The waffles were amazing - fluffy and moist. The chicken was delicious and flavorful. We also ordered omelets, which were both great - well seasoned and hot off the grill. The berry splash drink was good too. My only complaint is that I wish they had larger straws because the small ones kept getting stuck in the straw. I had to blow into my drink to get it out, which made the young person with me laugh.

I had a bit of a rough environment, unfortunately the restaurant is located right next to a casino. However, the staff was friendly and were able to accommodate a large party quickly. The menu is extensive and includes all the basics. I ordered ruchei, speck, sausage, and pancakes. The pancakes were some of the best I've had in a long time. They were cooked perfectly and had a touch of sweetness that made them stand out. The rest of my dish was hot and cooked just right. The waitress was efficient and everyone at my table seemed to be satisfied with their meals. I thought the value of my meal was very good. I will definitely be back.

The Tri-Tip-Dip sandwich was good. the service was a little slow. but the staff was nice. overall the experience was good.

We shared a delicious pot roast plate. We ate our fill and left a lot on the plate, much to our chagrin. Really amazingly tasteful and satisfying .I highly recommend this B B D for the great food, service and nice quiet atmosphere.
