Denny's - Carthage

The management lacks professionalism. The servers are attentive, and the food is satisfactory. The restaurant is consistently busy.

My family and I ate here last night on Christmas day, right around the 6 o'clock dinner rush. Things were quite hectic and we were certainly not going in with the highest expectations for food nor service. But boy were we proven wrong! We had an absolutely incredible waitress named Hannah W. Shoutout to you girl!! She was doing a million things at once and had a smile on her face the whole time. We absolutely loved her! The food was decent which was better than we were expecting lol. But thank you miss Hannah we hope you had a wonderful Christmas!

If I could give this establishment less than one I would. Service sub par... food always a let down. It 's always hot and ALWAYS out of stock if so many things. The last time we tried it again... come on let 's give it one more go... sigh I wish we didn 't. Three of the entrees we were ordering were out and to boot they were out of all syrup. The young waiter was not friendly and truly felt like he was more interested in talking to coworkers than making sure we had what we needed. Left with a ever so climbing bill for less than what my stomach said it was worth. Not again... unless we are in a different town. PERIOD. We 've wasted too much money.

Service attendant s are untrained... Food is delicious...kudos to cook. Service attendant s gather at till and chat/giggle without taking food or drink order...I had to get back up and request an order be taken. This was met with confused looks and disdain. Was not even asked what I wanted, she just stood there pen and paper in hand. I drive transport truck, and so much look forward to this stop. Please train these young women to be more curious to their customers needs than their own..

Food was very marginal and the service below average. The food was brought out in parts and in the wrong order (e.g. bread and salad last). There aren't a lot of options for breakfast/brunch in the area so be prepared for average food and service. 2 Stars Would prefer not to return
