How to burn fish n I waited over 30mins in the drive thru for cold n burn fish do not have to worry that I come back here corn on the coal without the stick only smh
Courtesy, smiling faces and food was freshly cooked. The food was prepared in time in the Drive-Thru. All records were exactly as I ordered them (Nothing was missing). Still closed for Covid.
If I could leave a zero, I would. I usually don't complain about customer service because I understand that there are many fast food outlets that are understaffed, the employees are stressed and the service will be slow. But to scream, to disregard and basically say that they were "not aware that we are out on the way through unacceptable. When we arrived at 5 pm, an older gentleman was on foot with a cannon on the ride by trying to place an order. He had looked at the menu for quite ahile and tried to get an answer to the intercom so that he could place his order. After waiting for 5 minutes or so I finally moved next to him at the intercom and asked if he needed help. He told me he had just told his Uber driver that he should come back later, not at the time the food was closed. That's why he was in the line. Since no one had answered him at least 5 minutes or more, I was not sure if the whole restaurant was closed or not. There were a few cars in the parking lot. We both said hello several times trying to get an answer to the speaker to no incident. I finally went to the pick-up window when he went by to see if someone works. We saw no one through the closed window, but at some point someone came into the register, so we tried to ask if they were open without answer. We thought she might not have heard us, so we asked ourselves without answer. Finally, another lady came in the direction of the window, but not opened so that both he and I continue to try to get someone's attention. We really didn't know what was going on. She finally opened the window and I told her that we wouldn't be sure if they were open because we were probably 20 minutes outside to place an order without answering the intercom. She immediately got an attitude and went from the deep end and shouted that there was no way we were there 20 minutes. She started sting wildly, sneaking her headset and telling her to give her a signal if someone were there. I knew that I had been there for at least 10 minutes, not to count how long the man there tried to order in 90 degrees weather. (I have a big pickup truck and I can't imagine her system wouldn't realize there was a vehicle on the intercom or we'll try to get help. Not even did she offer an apology for the time we waited, but immediately illuminated for us. I started asking about the manager because she was so rude, but then she noticed she was the manager. The situation was escalating, so we told her we just took our order. She then went from the other girl in the register, which was quite nice, finally took the command of the Lord together with mine. We were told to move up, then we waited another 10 minutes or so that the orders are brought out. In the meantime, the two vehicles that had waited behind me were pulled out and extended.
Great food for fast seafood. Baked fish and shrimp skewers. Cooked just right. The person who takes order brings it to you and checks on you to ensure it 's all good..the lady who is behind the counter leading is a familiar face.. on staff for a lot of years. Dedicated . Clean. Efficient. Good selection of side orders. Thank you team Cayce !
