What good does it do, to place an order for curbside, when you still have to go inside to get your food. Because you get oh, I meant to takethat out there . The food isn 't even luke warm. And you never get the picante or other packets you order, for your food. I willdrive to the one on Danieldale, the next time I want Whataburger.
I?m used to some pretty long wait times at Whataburger but the service is usually pretty good. I was patiently waiting for a (5 min late) online order pickup at this location and was approached by an employee who asked for my name to which he directlyasked the kitchen to hurry up my order. Staff worked really well together, atmosphere was really nice, and food quality was topof the line for Whata. It was cool to see a Whataburger value the fact they had a line of customers. Great job
Food was fresh and good. Burger was big, juicy and delicious. Fries were hot and fresh. Staff was very nice and helpful. I'm from Chicago and never had the spot before. Would definitely go again.
Horrible Service, Wasn't Busy Somehow The Tables Remained Dirty. I Ordered The Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Which Was Nicely Thrown On The Paper Wrap. I Decided To Get A Refund Which Mgr Jennifer Provided, No Apology For The Messy Meal Or An Attempt ToReplace It. No Apology For The Inconvenience, Nothing Just Basically Threw My Money At Me That's It.. Whataburger Has BecomeJust A Sad Place. Probably Demographics.. IDK! #WhataMess #NoHablanEspanol
If I did not live far I would have drove back for my money, services are so poor and then comes this I?m so frustrated like this was all my budget for dinner and this salad is not eatable, it stinks too ,I?m still digging it.I wish they could just tell mewe don?t have that or all of them are expired ????
