Gelantico - Cefalu

Unfortunately, this is a place they should never visit unless they are on life support and need a form of gelato to keep them alive. the people who work here are the most honorable people who exist on the planet earth, and for them customer service. is 0. there are 100s of other Gelato booths in this city that they should visit first before they get on this once terrible, terrible experience.

We stopped them a few times in cefalu and were never disappointed. the place was clean, according to Covid guidelines and the quality of the drinks was good. pleasant place for a short stop while walking on lungomare.

Ice creams that are too sweet and are too watery at the same time. overwhelming synthetic vanilla and iron service.

We thought that would be good gelato, but certainly not to choose an overwhelming number. good worth considering that two good size cones were 5€.

Fresh from showing restraint during a disappointing dinner on the seafront, we cooled down at the best show in town. The original and still the best 14 years after our last visit to Cefalu. 1 big and 1 small cup delivered with a smile for...5 euros. Attention to detail is many years in the making cherry, lemon, dark chocolate and tangerine all hit the mark. Sharing the final 3 flavours with my 2.5YO son really made his night and mine. In short, this is the place to go, and I will try not to take another 14 years before my next visit.
