I ordered a venti hot apple crisp macchiato online but received an iced one instead. So, I waited in line and placed another order for the same drink, specifying “venti apple crisp macchiato.” I paid for a venti, but I was given a larger cup. The sticker on the cup even indicates that I ordered a venti.
Is this location still open? I saw that the sign is taken down.
I love this Starbucks! The staff is always nice and they memorized my drink.
