Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThe restaurant was understaffed. The restaurant was not busy and had several empty tables. It took 45 minutes for our drinks and over an hour for our food. The staff was very friendly, however they seemed to be unaware of our wait time for drinks and food. Only until I flagged down the manager, did we get our food. The manager was working behind the bar and was very apologetic for our wait. I think with a stronger staff this would have been a more enjoyable experience.
Good food, endless apps for teenager, decent drinks, noisy at dinner, lots of families with young kids, had nice time.
We waited 30 minutes before anyone came to our table, and that was only because I had to go and find a manager. It felt like we were overlooked, and the server wasn't even informed about us. By the time our food arrived, we were starving. The manager and the host seemed more focused on fixing the television than addressing our needs. At least my steak was good. Next time, I'll just order take-out and avoid the awful service.
The hostess didn't verify my OpenTable reservation, so I missed out on my points. She appeared quite disengaged and didn't smile at all. I think she could benefit from some customer service training.
THE WORST DINING EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD! When we walked in, the place was a complete mess. The menus were scattered around the host stand, there were straw wrappers on the floor, and dried soda was smeared across the floor all the way to our table. We waited a FULL FIVE MINUTES for the host (who was nowhere to be found) to notice us and seat us. After that, we waited an additional 20 minutes without a waiter or waitress coming over to greet us or offer drinks. We ultimately decided to get up and leave. IT WASN'T EVEN BUSY. I would strongly advise against visiting this TGIF location!
