Papa Johns - Centreville

The new stuffed crust pizza is delicious! I prefer it over Pizza Hut and the price is affordable. I am excited to try other special pizzas at this restaurant. The store is clean and there are many employees working. However, I noticed some employees not wearing masks or wearing them improperly while eating in the back. It would be better if there was a designated break room for them. It is interesting to see a sign at the door requiring customers to wear masks regardless of vaccination status. I believe we should focus on strictly enforcing these COVID measures. Even though the corporate advertises health protocols, I did not see any stickers sealing my pizza and there were inconsistencies with masking every time I visited. The world may not be consistent with health measures, but this should not be an excuse. I believe the business should be more organized on weekends. The person managing the front should not leave the register except to check on orders. I understand it may be busy and short-staffed, but there should be someone dedicated to welcoming customers to prevent crowding in the small establishment.

My family recently went to Papa John's to pick up our takeout order and were touched by the kindness of the manager and the entire team. My youngest son was curious to see how pizza was made, so we decided to visit the store. Not only did the manager and team graciously invite him to see the pizza-making process up close, they even let him create his own personal pizza. My son couldn't stop talking about his amazing experience at Papa John's. We are grateful from the bottom of our hearts for turning a simple pizza pickup into an unforgettable memory. We will definitely be returning customers for life.

Fast and delicious. The portions were generous. The food was visually appealing. The pizza was tasty and the service was attentive.
