Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónAbsolutely terrible, I called about the online exclusive sandwiches offered to see how long it would be if I placed it online or if I could order it in the store and the dame could not speak clear enough English to be understood so if I told her I was sorry, but I didn't understand that I was suspended, so I decided to call back and see if there was a person who could help me first!
Staff has always been nice, but my biggest complaint is that they are extremely skimpy on putting things in the sandwich. Every time I have ordered from here, there's barely any meat and the veggie toppings are lacking. If you aren't going to put much on the sandwich, that's fine, but don't charge full price. Cost have gone up at Subway, but if costs go up, then don't shrink back on filling the sandwich. Frankly, I'd order at a different location for this reason only.

Reason for 1 star:Horrible customer service from the manager, and the food was not prepared to what the online ticket said. For example, neither sandwiches were toasted, as it was instructed on the ticket. One was flat bread. Which from my (5)years as a Subway manager during college, you HAVE to toast Flatbread. This is probably why the app does not give you the option to toast it, but it does for the other regular breads.. Please be sure to train your managers accordingly. When we confronted her in the store she told us we were wrong, and that she made them personally so she knew they were toasted. Needless to say, the cheese wasnt even melted. Nor was the bread warm. Cookies were good though.
The man doing my order wouldn't add some of the things I asked for. Only stare at me blankly which made me nervous. It was still a good sandwich even if some stuff was missing.
