City Smoke - Charlotte

We wanted to dine here before attending a show, but unfortunately the restaurant was closed. Please update Open Table to reflect this change so others are not caught off guard. It's disappointing that they are no longer in operation.

The restaurant is CLOSED PERMANENTLY. It wasn't there! You have to remove the open table.

I give this restaurant a terrible review b/c we never have the opportunity to eat there. I made a reservation over a month in advance for a big party. We had a group of 13 who would like to eat together before the P!ink concert on Saturday. Apparently City Smoke closed the week of the concert and never called anyone who had reservations. Thank you I called the day of the reservation to confirm and after hearing the separate phone number, I have some additional dig and realized that they were closed. Bc of it, I could get a last minute reservation in a pub (not our first choice of places since we had 6 young girls with us), but at least we found a place to serve our great party. If I hadn't called earlier, our whole group would have come to closed doors. Not cool, City Smoke. ...

You accommodated an additional person! Excellent service.

Alec was our waiter we were having a great night out. And we still did but he had no enthusiasm and did not follow through with our requests, out food got taken away before we were finished. The manager was great she gave us some replacement food. Hmmmm. Recommend having dessert at Amelia’s down the street. The service there was on point and they were even closing and still greeted us with enthusiasm and happiness.
