Panera Bread - Charlotte

Since over a year in this restaurant. lack of direction and uneven food. sometimes you get rice that is a bit hard because it was not cooked completely and the taste of the same food is also inconsistent. I have always put no threads on my take-out order and yet I always find myself tainted in my bag. sometimes they don't even get baguettes or any side with the order because they would run out. other paints they run out of an ingredient for some dishes. the tee tastes sometimes old as if it was cooled too long and lost its fresh tee taste or sometimes slightly watered. again I have a year of experience eating from here. it is sometimes good, but it lacks consistency. 2 stars because I like panera in general.

Quickly stopped to get a coffee in the afternoon and it was hardly warm. I cleaned it up again and she said it was a past, so I should make my coffee microwaves. next time, I'll give this extra and go after dieucks.

Every time I go through the drive thru, something is either completely left out of the order or made it wrong. today flown through and asked for no tomats on the sandwich, it has tomaten on when I opened the bag that is not the biggest deal, but they also did not put the sauce on the sandwich. Last time I had to move to wait for the food to get out and when she gave me the bag, she took off so fast that I couldn't tell her that she forgot my soda and I had to go in and get it, which is the purpose to go through the drive thru completely defeated. it's just always something and I don't have a chance to give.

I don 't know what has happened to Panera, but their food has progressively gotten worse and worse. Their flatbread is beyond disgusting. They have maybe two soups that are still edible, but other than that, you 'll regret eating their food.And their prices are out of control.
