Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThis situation was once a place to visit. since the reopening they follow the trend of others. bad customer service. the food was excluded, but the order was wrong. it looks like the owner of this stand is just after the dollar. the commands were wrong and the teenagers working in the back were more busy with harder or hotter sauce.
Very bad customer service, as some friteurs broke and they just run around, do not provide when our food will be ready. after that we call and asked to cancel the order, she said that because of the order space in kiosk it is impossible, manager himself is unprofessional with posture. kitchen floor was also disgusting. will never visit again.
My experience was not great, a hired under the name “DEE”, she says. was rude, my pommes were not filled to the top, so I was kindly wondering if she could fill them, I had nothing to wait for fresh when I had to. she then went down and F bomb and put my riders over a range where it should not have been placed to fill them again. I will not come back to this here in particular. I can only imagine how she treats eating: . retraining younger staff .
Here were literally almost a hundred times, ordering over the mobile app (logan) and not even they failed me. eating was always fresh and perfect and the people were always super nice. it seems that they are temporarily closed (do not go to person to confirm, so do not know the reason) what the worst is what could possibly happen, as now my way to pre/post workout menu is closed. I don't spend three times as much somewhere else for a third of the amount of subpar garbo
This is exactly why I like too go inside and watch them make my food I just went inside and send the cashier at the register playing with an plastic object with her plastic gloves on them dropped like a 3 yr old toddler and went too the line to begin to make food didn't change her gloves or anything they don't even speak too you , people have some no manners don't care attitude children I pray to see the day that robots replace this trashy style of workers and I blame management for not holding them accountable I guess they don't care if they lost money
