Gaia's Urban Eatery - Charlottetown

I had a delicious lunch here with my colleagues. The staff was very friendly and the burger I got was delicious! Will definitely be back next time in PEI!

One of the best vegan / vegetarian restaurants in the city

I'm glad we found this place. It is a vegan / vegetarian only restaurant. Very nice staff. Many options. The food was fresh and well cooked. I follow a gluten-free diet if possible due to IBS and could easily have found menu items there to eat, but I think they do not offer gluten-free bread or rolls.

It was alright! The smoothies were delicious and thick but I didn’t find their bowls to be anything special, probably would get again but it is nice to have the vegan gf option

Fun menu of a nice mix of vegan and vegetarian options. Generous portions and great selection of dishes!
