Rustic and friendly place where you eat well and cheap despite its very good location next to the cathedral
Charming restaurant. We visited the charters with our guide, Michele, who took us to this beautiful family restaurant for lunch. The food was excellent. Between us, the group had: niçoise salad that was huge, fresh and delicious, roasted chicken with ratatouille, fries all delicious and fresh. But the topper was the pie; apple pie cooked twice with a crunchy top that just melted in the mouth. The restaurant has been managed by this family for 45 years and the quality of food shows why it is good. The service was excellent and the owners were very friendly and welcoming. If you're in Chartres, try... we'll be back. (Original view) Beautiful restaurant. We visited the charters with our guide, Michele who took us to this beautiful family restaurant for lunch.
