I don't know why I'm trying. Usually after work at 10 o'clock, just want to eat. Pull up, then they say hang. Don't say anything. Sit for 10 minutes, then juse? ll off.
I will never go back to this restaurant. After ordering a combo, I was asked in a rude tone how many combos I wanted. I said two combos with chicken. The employee responded that they didn't have chicken and that they could only do four crystals regardless of my order. Another staff member on the speaker said they couldn't believe I wanted to double up on crystals and couldn't order anything else. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this place and I will ensure that no one from my workplace, Stanley Black and Decker, goes there either, as I have shared my negative experience with them.
Response to Krystal: Thank you for the standard response, but I will not be coming back. We ordered a sackful and asked for chili, only to be told they no longer sell it despite it still being on the menu. On top of that, we waited about 45 minutes in the Drive-Thru line. However, once we reached the window, the server was very friendly and even gave us free sodas and fries for the long wait. Despite the good gesture, improvements need to be made to address the lengthy wait times. It's time to step up the service.
Tried to order at 1pm in drive-thru, couldn't. 1 person in restaurant eating, 1 person in line, no one in line in drivethru, maybe 1 customer car in pk'g lot.. Order taker for drive thru also order taker for inside not her fault I guess . After waiting to order in drivethru, we had a feeling getting our food prepared would take forever, so we left. If a fast food place is not busy at lunch time, it's a sign...I suspect they are just waiting till lease runs out and will close down.
