Mcdonald's - Chattanooga

The chicken biscuit was fresh and hot as well as the hash browns. The pumpkin iced coffee was a little too sweet. Ended up throwing it away.

This place would not acknowledge me at the counter. Place needs friendly people. Even after asking employee if they are taking orders I was just ignored. Never again. All McDonald’s gone down. They don’t deserve any stars

Go to the 153 location instead. Please save yourself the time.My wife and I wanted to treat ourselves to the rare McDonald's meal last night. We went to the Hixson location at 4123 Hixson Pike.After about 30 of waiting in line, multiple cars left. It was a long line. We finally got to the menu/cashier speaker thing to order, and it was completely silent. I asked how long the wait would be, if anyone was there, etc. Just to see if I'd get a response.We left. I feel bad for employees at this location. I suspect they're severely understaffed. Even though we waited about half an hour in line only to leave, we still saved time by leaving once we got to the menu to order. Unreal. This location needs an overhaul if a fast food drive thru keeps you waiting half an hour.On the contrary, the 153 location served us in a matter of a few minutes. They were verbal, polite, and prompt. The one at Hixson Pike was just slow and silent, lol.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered a large sprite and a double cheeseburger. Paid $6.10. After waiting in line for about 8 mins the big guy in a managers shirt hander me a bag and shut the window. I stayed at the window and he opened it and I told him I ordered a sprite. He TOOL THE BAG back thru the window pulled the large fry that was in the bag out and handed me back the bag. The whole time shaking his head in annoyance. And then fixed a large sprite and gave it to me. I stayed at the window bc I had paid for more than I received. I had to tell the girl that came back to the window that I had paid 6 something for a burger and a sprite. Finally the guy came back and handed me the fry and slammed the window. Terrble customer service. Won't go back to that McDonald's.

If your gonna go to McDonalds this would be the one to go to. The food is fresh but the employees always look like they hate their lives. If you go to McDonalds like I have you already made a bad choice but if your going to this is the better one of the McDonalds.
