Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Sandwich was good, fries were good, fried pickles were too salty. Bit overpriced like everything else these days. Staff was friendly and place was clean.

Asked for 10pc order of the boneless wings with tongue torcher sauce as the flavor of them but when I got home they had ZERO sauce on them,wings were cold and dried out and don 't understand how they could be so dried out if Zaxby 's cooks to order? Forgetting the tongue torcher sauce I can understand,we are not perfect creatures and sometimes lack of communication and/or immaturity of the young teenagers that work their but if they cook to order,how could they be this dried out and cold...unless..Called and asked for store manager but the person said they were the store manager but you could hear them laughing with other co-workers and mocking almost everything I had asked or was saying. I was honest and courteous and hate complaining but c 'mon people,how hard is it to mess up a 10 piece boneless wing with tongue torcher sauce? Obviously very hard for them because the restaurant was after lunch(I went thru the drive thru at 3:18pm) and no cars ahead of me and parking lot was empty so I had to ask if they were opened when i pulled up to the speaker box and was greeted because i wasn 't sure because Zaxby 's is always busy but not this day and time. I gave the order of chicken to my puppy(she ate what she wanted and kinda walked away huffing like even SHE was disappointed). I 'm sorry but I won 't be returning to this location again. The immature responses from management member was concerning but I doubt I was speaking with the manager on duty.

Chicken salad at East brainerd road location was VERY poor compared to the same at Shallowford rd. location. Plus, there was no fork in the sack to eat the salad with, very bad service and food really needs improvement.

Zaxby's in Soddy Daisy just recently opened the dining room. We had good food before the pandemic but yesterday was the worst food and service we've experienced in a while. We ordered crispy chicken wings and they were not even the least bit crispy and requested blue cheese instead of ranch dip. They placed a second order of crispy wings and they were still soggy and brought ranch dip. I went to counter a 3rd time and asked for blue cheese and the employee behind the counter threw about 5 packs of blue cheese on the trey. They have lost our business forever.

One of my favorite places to eat chicken. The drive-thru line today (03/28/2022) was very long. I'm not sure what was going on but I sat in line for about 20 minutes until I got to the speaker. When I got home with my order, I opened to find the food cold and and the toast was burnt. I had to warm my food up in the microwave and throw the toast away (maybe it was a blessing in disguise, ha ha)
