Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónFamily birthday lunch. Two of us had the chicken, bacon and coleslaw sandwich but as one of us is allergic to mayonnaise we ordered one without the coleslaw. Unfortunately it turned out to be a chicken mayonnaise sandwich so had to be sent back. Staff were understanding and asked what we'd like instead, ordered cheese toastie which we had to chase and didn't arrive until the rest of us had pretty much finished eating. Couldn't see or taste any bacon. Staff were friendly but we won't be rushing back.
Good range of beers which were not expensively priced. I did not think the nuts (bar snacks) offered great value. £3 for a small pot. When I asked for the pot to be filled to the top was told that is the measure which was disappointing. Next time I am in Cheltenham I might visit again but certainly not 'top of the list ' in light of this. Other pubs offer the same but with much better value.
Probably my favourite reasonably priced pub in Cheltenham. Staff are great and happy to help you. Food is cheap and portions are good. Always have the six nations on and it's full of nice people.
Bar staff friendly and welcoming. Nice atmosphere and reasonably priced drinks. Will definitely visit again.
Recently visited Cheltenham for an overnight stay with my Wife. We visited Copa for the first time and was very pleased with every aspect of the Restaurant/ Bar. The meals were very good as we're the drinks. The staff were excellent. The food was served quickly and the waitress came by shortly after to check everything was fine. The lighting and choice of music playing created the perfect atmosphere for a great evening. Would definitely visit again and would not hesitate in recommending Copa.
