The Orient - Cheshire East

I visited recently with my family. It was a very nice occasion. We ordered a platter to share for a starter, which was delicious. I'm a vegetarian, and there was a lovely selection on the platter, and a good choice of vegetarian main meals. The food came quickly, and was good!

The Orient is our number one choice in Sandbach. Had a meal on Friday, the food was absolutely delicious, piping hot, fresh, tasty, a meal that even though you were full you had to keep eating! Added to that the staff are wonderful. Looking forward to our next visit already

Would rate higher if possible. Apart from the food being amazing, the cleanliness and decor being top class the staff went above and beyond. Our party had one wheelchair user and they were at the door opening it for us almost before we got there and this help continued until we left. Thank you to all the staff it was very much appreciated.

Anniversary meal, the food was really good, fresh and tasty. The menu is very extensive. The service is excellent, nothing too much trouble.

We visited this restaurant for the first time last night as we love Chinese food and most of the restaurants we liked to visit have closed. We were not disappointed, we had a Hong Kong banquet, all of the food was fresh and tasted delicious. We were given a sufficient breaks between each course so didn’t feel like were rushed. The restaurant was very busy and the staff never stopped all evening but they were still very friendly and helpful. We couldn’t eat all the food and it was no problem getting it boxed up to takeout for tomorrow. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and I will definitely return again, I may even live dangerously and try some of the other cuisines!
