Buffalo Wild Wings - Chester

The restaurant was not very crowded when we were there. Our server was hardly around and got my order wrong, taking a long time to bring the correct dish. They did not seem very apologetic about the mistake. I have been to other locations where the food was served more quickly, even when the restaurant was busy.

Food tasted strange last two visits and we made sure to order something different the second visit. Most drinks we tried to order were unavailable. Chopped Salad had canned chicken on it which you wouldn't expect from a chicken restaurant. Server was great but food took entirely too long for every table in the restaurant. The location is spot on but that's all they got going for them. We will travel to colonial heights next time.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. After standing at the front for twenty minutes having several employees including the manager walk past us with no response to questions or even someone will be with u in a minute. And it not like they were that busy. Employee’s to worried about whats on there phone to do there job. Saw a guy ask 2 different employees for a glass of water 4 different times and still didn’t have it when I left.

Frau juanita is the bartender I would wish every time I'm served a drink. she does her job with grace and filth. I ordered eating online, which was cold when I came early to pick it up, but they gave me a service that I would come back for another. mon. we and fri are there. come to her and be respectful.

This place is my go-to for a pub burger or 20 wings if I want a baptism of different aromes. I was at many bww, and this place has always friendly staff and decent fast service even during the busy times. I'm waiting for my order. most places are now underoccupied so that a positive friendly attitude is worth mentioning and tipping. I'll call back here to get out.
