Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónHonestly I feel like all Panera’s suck now a days, but this one is top of my list. It’s dirty and the employees are flat out RUDE. I come during the week, around lunch time, bc it’s less than a mile from my office, but the girl who prepares the orders (bigger lady with a giant sloppy bun on her head who calls out the name of the customer when the order is ready) is awful. In all the times I’ve been here she’s been working the counter and she always has a nasty attitude towards everyone. It’s like, find a new job if you hate helping people that much.I’ve also been sitting there waiting for my food and seen employees walking around with their pants so sagged that you can see their entire back side. Which is a disgusting view to get while you’re picking up food but it’s also very concerning…Anyway, aside from the god awful customer service at this location, you’re also guaranteed to get stale, burnt bread, and you will most definitely be missing something you ordered, so double check your bag better yet, go to the valley and skip this location altogether if you can!
Best run Panera in Chesterfield area, never out of soda or cups, food comes out fast even though they are constantly busy. Store could use a refresh due to the age of store and volume they do but the food, service and employees are top notch.
Completely got rid of the blueberry and chocolate chip bagels?? WTH?? That’s the only reason I went to Bread Co.
Stopped in for breakfast and everything was great. We had sandwiches and both were perfectly toasted.
I just had to return my food because my wife found a live bug crawling around in the lettuce of her sandwich. The manager was nice enough about it but yeah I think I'm done with St. Louis Bread Co. It's to where you pay an increasing amount of money for really substandard food. I am just beyond disgusted.
