The ice cream was closed idk how but that’s what we were told.

This place used to be better but the lasts few times I’ve gone here at certain times, items which used to be on their menu were now excluded from their menu. They don’t sell malts anymore or have malted powder mix to make a customer a malted drink as opposed to a shake. Several times while going into this location, I wasn’t able to buy a Strawberry Smoothie (THEY WERE OUT) and today going in there I was served a small cup of vanilla yogurt ice cream, lots of ice and no Strawberry juice. I had to wait until my drink was fully melted before I could drink the thing. The cashiers are always nice and the services is quick but the lack of availability for these two items I find to be a bit problematic. They are still available on the menu and the restocking process is a must if you are planning to keep these items on the menu.Yeah, remodeling could help them a bit and there is a lot of beggars in front of the store.

Extremely rude and uncaring employees.Paid for a quart of ice cream, received a container of scoops. Ridiculous. When attempted to speak to one of the staff she snapped me up like I was disturbing her.This place needs a total overhaul, management and staff. A good cleaning wouldn't hurt either.

I received AMAZING customer service from Cristella at this location. I ordered an ice cream cake for my birthday and when I arrived to pick it up, the cake was not there because the delivery truck had just broken down. Cristella hopped into action to track down the cake and personally went to pick it up for me! I offered to walk and pick it up myself but she said she would not allow me to walk in the snow on my birthday. I can't tell you the last time I received such amazing customer service. She really went above and beyond for me and I'm so thankful for that. Thank you Cristella!!! Side note: I ordered the Oreo Triple Chocolate ice cream cake (with white cake) and it was amazing! It was beautifully decorated and so delicious. I'll be ordering again next year!

It's a bit run down and needs remoded or updated. The staff made it feel as though I taking and and making the milkshakes we ordered was sons type of inconvenience.
