They didn't expect a good coffee from this place, but I have to say they have an excellent latte with a 100-year-old coffee machine. They didn't expect a good coffee from this place, but I have to say they have fantastic coffee.
Fast serving and delicious food and sweets. The staff is friendly and it is a clean place where you can eat through things you don't find anywhere. I recommend this place. All the best for the staff, they do a good job.
Two. Sometimes and just as good, honestly better. Have the Italian sub on a mushroom Focaccia (which basically tasted like a mushroom pizza) and is easily a two-person sandwich. Check out the inventory and select which Focaccia you want (Artichoke, Mushroom, Regular etc.). Can also make them panini style. Prices are INSANELY REASONABLE and they now take debit cards (no fee). Hands down the best Cannoli in Chicago city I've ever tried. The chocolate cannoli spoils you. Seriously, this place is like an explosion from the past with this real Chicago taste in everything
Had to give this place an attempt with its rich Italian history and my love to pastries. A pound of sorted Italian cookies, some cannolis and tiramisu. It was all delicious! Only the reason I knocked a star was that the service rushed a little and how they were annoyed with us. We had a few questions about how some things tasted and the lady just didn't seem to deal with us. It was busy with her credit, so maybe she was just tired. I understand. In any case, we're back!!
Traditional Italian Bakery on the near west side. Friendly knowledgeable staff. I grabbed some assorted cookies for my office and a crusty Italian loaf for dinner. Good Stuff.
