Kings Dining Entertainment Chicago

We recently hosted a birthday party in the private Kings Bowl area. George did an amazing job of ensuring everything was taken care of and was incredibly patient and helpful with all the children. The staff were attentive and helped make the party a truly enjoyable experience for everyone.

I was left almost speechless by my experience at this restaurant. It was truly the worst service I have ever encountered. The server took our debit card at the beginning of our order, but half of the items we ordered never arrived (and we were still charged for them). We never received our drinks, and the few items we did get were all incorrect. We were overcharged by almost $20, and when it came time to pay, they brought us the receipt after running our card without letting us check it first. I have never been so upset after leaving a restaurant. I advise against going there and suggest saving yourself the time, trouble, and money. A waste of $100.

Went here for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, friendly wait staff, goid food good drinks. We had a fun time!Food: 4/5

I had such an amazing time, we were told that it was an hour waiting to bowl, so we went into the bar, the bartender brian was amazing, his long insulates had to feel too good. the manager came by and said he bought us a shot, the dj was on point, the mechanic even checked on our table to see if we need anything. we had so much fun drinking the bar and socializing, not waiting for bowl. the lanes were so clean, our waitress was also very nice, very pleasant and had a great personality. such an exciting and fun place, we will definitely be back.

This is the best bowling alley of all time! I'm here several times and recommend it to all! the management team, floor members, all I came into contact with, wore an amazing experience!
