Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThis was the first time visiting Chincoteague where AJ 's was open so I was so excited to go there, and it was worth the wait! It was fabulous on every level but never felt snobby. Everyone is made to feel welcome and the food is fabulous. We ate more than we should have but that 's what vacations are for. The reservation system was easy and our table was waiting. Wish I could go again next week, but next year to be sure.
Service excellent. Food tasty and very good. Oysters and scallops amazing. Fun casual place. A good asic variety of wine at a very reasonable markup. Had a nice Sancerre for a good price with our tuna and scallops
We had the crab soup (generous amount of crab with zero shells), bread (delicious! Wish they would serve with olive oil instead of little butter tubs), garden side salad, Caesar without protein, and seafood scampi. The highlights of the meal were the crab soup in a typical cream base but served at perfect temp and with lots of crab including extra lump on top. Virgin Mary and water came fast and server was excellent we had a long day outside before dinner and he refilled the waters frequently without being intrusive. The scampi was phenomenal tons of crab, shrimp and huge scallops. Pasta was perfectly cooked and seasoned. An excellent meal and we will be back! Big changes in decor and ambiance also, which we appreciated. A very classy place to eat while you’re on the island particularly if a typical fry isn’t your speed.
Great parmesan fries and excellent appetizers- like the coconut shrimp!
Our server was fantastic and the food was incredible. We can't wait for our next visit!
