Especially when the staff let you know when coupons are available and when deals will be starting even without asking. Will be coming here from now on.
I am sort of pissed off. I went to maverick this morning just to get cash back and I decided to buy a couple things just so I support the company, instead of just going to the atm. I asked for 20 dollars cash back and was just about to ask for 5 ones and 3 fives when the attendant spits out no and shoves the 20 in my hand and says goodbye, and not even have a good day. When I think of customer service this is the opposite of what I think of and I am disappointed in the company right now. I expected more from such I wide known company. I know that there are plenty of great people at maverick but this person was just rude.
This place is absolutely amazing. You can get an adventure card here from them and earn points very quickly on things like their Bon-Fire food, Energy drinks, fountain sodas and gas prices. The employees are super nice, unless you start being rude to them yourself because they are human and don't have to take any sass from anyone. Bathrooms are always clean, coffee is always fresh and hot and the food is so delicious! I recommend stopping here to everyone!
I would not recommend this place. Your privacy will not be respected here. The store has recently implemented a strict policy of scanning IDs, which I understand, but they also scan the back of IDs, which is problematic for me. I've had issues with people accessing my credit card information, and I certainly don't want my driver's license details in their system as well. When I asked the cashier not to scan my ID, she did it anyway. When I reminded her that I had requested not to scan it, she was dismissive and said she wouldn’t sell me cigarettes. When I asked to speak to the manager, she was very defensive and didn’t even let me explain my issue before insisting that the employee was within her rights to scan my ID. Is it really acceptable for a business to disregard a customer's request like that?
I highly recommend this place—10/10! I bought condoms for the first time and was so nervous I was shaking, but the staff were really understanding and didn't judge me at all.
