First and foremost, Gong was the best server! He was very professional, friendly, prompt, and attentive. We arrived at the restaurant at 6:30 in the morning and were seated immediately. The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. Many thanks to Denny's for a great experience!
The restaurant had very few staff which resulted in cold food for me. I believe dining at Dennys would have been a better option than what was offered on the menu. I tried to get help from someone at the front desk six times but she ignored me or pretended not to see me. It turned out that our server was on a break for 15 minutes and did not have a lid. I requested to have my burger heated for 30 seconds in the microwave as I just wanted to eat. Unfortunately, they put my burger in for a minute and everything went downhill from there. Despite the food quality being good, I only give 4 stars for that. The service was lacking, with the server apologizing but then disappearing and being cold. Overall, I would rate the service 2 stars.
That's my favorite Dennys. all employees know my difficult enkel and were so helpful.
