Eve's - Mercure Hotel - Chippendale

Great happy hour prices and friendly service. We were just there for a couple of drinks before catching the train and would happily drop by again.

Had amazing experience at the bar. Visited bar after COVID restrictions opened up. I would definitely recommend this place not just beverages but food as well. Received very personalised service as well from the staff specially Bar manager not sure but i think his name was Mani.

Excellent service! Generous portions and tasty foods. Salad could have done with something salty like olives or cheese, but was still nice. Wanted a big carby meal and Eve’s didn’t disappoint. Recommend if after a quick feed near Central.

Mercure Sydney 's ground floor 'Eve 's Bar ' has had a make-over. The atmosphere is busy and buzzing and we noticed a lot of the after work drinks crowd enjoying themselves. Eve 's Bar is also conducive for the students at nearby UTS where they are open for lunch. It really is a cosy place that sells good quality American styled food with a varied drinks menu. Part of the renovation includes a  beautiful opaque window depicting Railway Square of yesteryear.

Great happy hour buys after a tiring day. Bought the beef and cheese burger for a $20 and loved it. Very relaxing, friendly staff even though they messed up the drink orders a couple of times forgetting it was happy hour.
