But the big disappointment on our trip was that the play place was closed, being used as storage. I guess Ishould have called before to make sure it was open. But lots of places have theirs open now so it?s not covid just managerpreference.
I think I'm a little spoiled by the awesome service and pattern of my home store, so this pattern of wrapping cars in a coil (for lack of a better word) was slightly chaotic and frustrating. There was a long delay getting to the tent (it was lunch rush)but once we got to it (and had mobile ordered) they couldn't find our order. They were kind and did try to keep a polite face,so I think that was a plus! The food was warm and served with a smile, so overall, it was decent!
My wife picked up Chick-fil-a for us before the VT game and hurried home to find this.....We paid extra for large fries because we were starving and got this!?!? How do you send this out?? Where's the quality control?! I'm finally leaving a review becausethis has happened multiple times at the Christiansburg location and I'm fed up with it ????
Food was good but dining area not clean at all. Seat surfaces were sticky and tables lacked cleaning, not on the Chick Fil A level I am used to. Condiments trays missed several items. Kids wanted to trade toys for ice cone, which took 10 minutes.
They have the summer time peach milk shake with whipped cream and cherries! The best way to get the peach shake is with extra peach added! I?ve never went and seen a rude employee except one time and that was handled with a quickness! They are puttogether organized.
