It's Just Wings - Chula Vista

I ordered from this restaurant through DoorDash and the experience was disappointing. They forgot my drink, the boneless wings were tough and lacked freshness compared to larger chain restaurants. The sauce they used (I believe it was honey chipotle) was decent, but overall, the meal fell short of my expectations. After a long day, paying a premium for delivery and waiting, missing something as simple as a drink was frustrating. Now I have to either drive to get a drink or eat my cold wings with water.

The wings were advertised as smoked but were not. They were overcooked and dry. The curly fries were cold and tough. The wait for the order was an hour long. I would recommend getting wings from a different restaurant.

I attempted to add our party to the online waiting list but encountered technical difficulties. I then called the restaurant to see if they could assist in adding us, only to be informed that they no longer use the online system. In that case, why is the button still present on their website?

We have our order of 36 wings. everything was soggy and tastes bitter. the curly fries are like soggy curly hair in curly chemistry. I don't know that this is fixed, but this is very disappointed with their food quality. we will not try again!

First off, if you are not aware, this is a sub restaurant inside of Chili's serving carry out. I got two flavors of their smoked wings- the jalapeno cilantro and the honey chipotle. The wings are FANTASTIC, especially if you enjoy smoked wings! The smoked flavor was in the background, but noticable enough to enjoy. The manager at first refused to allow me to eat them at the bar while drinking there, but CiCi the bartender took care of it- cold draft beer and wings, the perfect combo! Chili's had several excellent local brews on tap, and CiCi was an excellent bartender. I'd highly recommend you try these wings! And 16 wings, with 2 orders of fries, was only $20
