Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWe are staying in a lovely Air BnB 20 minutes away and decided to find a restaurant through Happy Cow. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food at this restaurant. The location was magnificent, with a beer and dining garden offering beautiful views. The staff was friendly and the food exceeded our expectations. Even if you are not vegan, we highly recommend trying the vegan menu here. We tried the Med Tart with new potatoes, which was divine. Our partners enjoyed the jackfruit pie, which was similar to a steak or rich lamb and vegetable gravy hotpot pie, served on crispy pastries with homemade chips. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience. Highly recommended for vegans and non-vegans alike.
The restaurant offers a good selection of vegan options on their menu. The dessert menu includes "vegan ice cream, but ask for more" as well as a vegan cheesecake. There are six options for main courses and two starters. We tried the salads and burgers which were both very tasty. We were too full from indulging earlier in the day to try the cheesecake. The restaurant also has a great playground for children and a beautiful outdoor setting.
I went to this restaurant for the second time. The main dishes offer a great selection and are cooked perfectly.
Would recommend it to any vegan in the area. Since they have their own vegan menu that is something you don't see very often. Dog-friendly. Has a playground for children.
The vegan menu has three mains, two starters and no desserts now. It is great they have a vegan menu so good for them. But I wouldn't recommend the burger. It was a tastyish pattie made from chickpeas and sweet potato, but it came in a dry bun with a small piece of lettuce, piece of tomato and two pieces of pickled beetroot. There were fries too. I added ketchup from a sachet to all but it felt like a sad burger whuch would have loved a bit more thought. Try the other things on their menu instead if you're here. It's nice to sit in the garden area at the back and have a drink. Updated from previous review on 2021-09-08
