I got the worst service. the manager was so rude that my daughter went in to find out what her problem was. If I could give negative stars, I would.
Need more staff. We parked like we saw other cars parked and when we went to order we were told no service to cars and we had to go thru drive thru which the line of had us blocked in. We just left. I was really craving Sonics too.
Order on uber app and didn't get my drinks that were paid for total of $9.48 did a refund but only got $5 from the app so you guys own me. Total was 52 on this ? food never again ? disappointed.
The only good thing about it was the young lady with the blue hair tips trying to fix the problem. The gentleman on the speaker was not clear and cut off the mic. Then drive thru no response. Then when we got the order it was not complete. Had to go back and again the young lady helped the situation
First time trying sonic and the food was ok nothing special. I ordered the Oreo shake for my son and they gave me a regular straw which was IMPOSSIBLE to drink the shake since it was so thick. I ordered the cheesesteak and it was ok but bland. I also got the chicken buffalo wings which were a the size of a quarter.
