Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The service was quite slow. I had to ask the waitress for napkins. Two different servers approached us to take our drink orders. I ordered my steak medium, but it came out well done. I didn't want to wait an additional 15 minutes for a new steak, so I just went ahead and ate it. I also had to ask both servers for drink refills. Unfortunately, this server has trained another server, which might be worth reconsidering. If it weren't for the fact that this is our grandfather's favorite restaurant, we probably wouldn't return.

My family and I visited today and ended up having an impromptu Thanksgiving dinner. I can't express enough how delightful our experience was! We were warmly greeted by Luanne and Edgar, both of whom were cheerful and welcoming. Our server, Hana, was also fantastic—very friendly and accommodating, even though the place was bustling with activity. She did an excellent job! The restaurant itself was in great shape, with a smiling staff and a warm, cozy atmosphere, just as you would expect from Cracker. Kudos to the management! I highly recommend stopping by to enjoy a meal here!

The restaurant was quite busy during my visit. They offered a great selection of dishes at reasonable prices. However, the lamb steak I ordered was overcooked and served cold, which was disappointing. On the other hand, the other meals at our table, including the trout, were excellent. I also found the sweet teas to be a bit pricey, costing over $4 per person, which is higher than what most restaurants charge. Additionally, be prepared for limited parking, especially on Saturday nights.

Eating is very good and the service is amazing, but the makkaroni was quite perfectly cooked, except I did not have that beautiful cracker barrel charme wir the makkaroni has small small burnt patches on it but instead the makkaroni was perfectly cooked, they could have been boiled so that I say that the makkaroni is that the perfect when has the small burned patches, but overall feels good service is

Super slow service. We checked in at 6:00pm and then waited around 20 minutes to get seated. Once we were seated, it took our waitress another 20 minutes to finally take our food and drink orders after she stood at the table right next to us and chatted with them for a good 5 minutes. We waited 20 more minutes for the food to come out after being told that it was at the window for like 10 minutes. The food was not the best and once we were done, our waitress had disappeared into the back of the restaurant for a long time and our bill didn 't come out until around 8:15.
