Panera Bread - Cincinnati

I used to adore Panera, but now I find it just average for a quick meal or coffee. The service can be hit or miss. Overall, I would rate the service as 3 out of 5 stars.

Panera Bread is a simple restaurant that is clean and bright, with friendly staff. It's not necessarily my favorite place, but my wife and child really enjoy it. It brings back memories of my youth. Overall, everything was well done and I left feeling happy. Keep up the great work, Panera!

I wish I could give this restaurant 0 stars. My partner waited a long time for our food while having to explain the menu items to the employee taking our order. When he finally brought home our sandwiches, they were filled with barely any chicken salad and an overwhelming amount of lettuce. We will not be returning to this place.

I am very disappointed in my order, I asked for a suppe brot dish and received only one suppe and a small piece of brot. When I called, I was told that I was a liar and this command was never placed. I repeated the order and gave them my reception number from there, which is when he said, oh we don't have broth dishes, but I was never communicated only for something I didn't want. I was told that I can't do anything for you. the customer service was completely terrible and I was treated terrible. I will not come back to spend my money back here.

I had lunch here today and it was really good. I love the 'You Pick 2 ' option and almost always get the broccoli cheddar soup with some variation of a turkey sandwich, today it was the deli turkey sandwich. It 's just the right size for lunch, not too filling. Service has always been good and same for the food. I 'll be returning often.
