Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónTo be fair, we had a pretty good idea of what to expect thanks to previous reviews, which were generally accurate. We visited on a beautiful day with clear skies and stunning views that were truly world-class. The coastline and views of Rottnest Island are truly unparalleled. Even if you value quantity over quality, you'll still feel like you're getting your money's worth here. The front of the restaurant could use some improvement, but it might be part of the experience (perhaps catering to tourists looking for a City Beach experience?).
Upon arriving at the restaurant, the woman at the front desk looked visibly annoyed by the previous customers. As they left, she seemed relieved until they turned and tried to give us attitude as well. At that point, we decided to leave. Why bother paying for a meal in such a place?
Hamptons is like reconnecting with an old friend - always reliable, friendly, and satisfying. My family has frequented Hamptons for good times and somber occasions alike, and the food and service are always excellent. We recently tried Odyssea for a change, but it just wasn't the same. It felt like cheating on Hamptons and we quickly went back to our beloved favorite.
We have eaten here many times and loved it every time after reading some of the reviews, I was a bit nervous last Sunday with some relatives. But I didn't have to worry that three of us fish had all different... Dishes all said was amazingly boiled and the taste was nice, I had the halloumi salad that was very beautiful. Service in the past can be a little hit and miss, but Sunday service was very attentive. So we will definitely go to the Hamptons we love.
We went there for my daughter’s 21st birthday . Requested a window table but disappointed to be sat away towards the back of the restaurant. The cocktails were overpriced and barely palatable! The food was nice except for the pizza which my daughter said was...tasteless compared to a frozen McCain’s pizza. ! No effort made to commemorate my daughter’s birthday . The front of house manager had zero interest in enquiring how we enjoyed our evening…probably because she knew our response …average would have been an exaggeration :
