They charged me 17 dollars for a double stack and 2 Jr. Bacons... refused to give me a receipt, gave back the wrong change twice, played dumb and suddenly didn't understand English when I questioned the prices. Closed the window in my face when I asked for a receipt.

Well for starters the cashier had a Nasty attitude. My burger was pink on the inside. My fries were cold. The soda machine was out of majority of half of their selections.
Paid for Baconator, got back to work with a burger............. and hardly anyone in the restaurant.....is it really THAT hard?
Honestly, I don't understand how the same fast-food restaurants taste so different from one another. Even with franchising I thought the recipe would be the same. I ordered chili fries. How can you mess that up! The fries were good, but the chili was horrible. It taste like jar spaghetti sauce. Unfortunately I could not eat it. I tired! Not to mention the customer service definitely need improvement. Maybe it was an off day, idk.
