Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónYuzu Ship is a refreshing take of Rammen. Citrus infused salt based broth ramen very refreshing. Your toncottsu wheels are clean and decent. The Char sui is quite good, not the usual flat thin and dry pieces of meat. Noodle is not immediately -y. Pretty good raven place!
Fantastic hole in the wall. The broth is delicious, but not too rich, not too salty. The noodles are always well cooked and are solid and chewing. A word of warning to those with peanut allergies: stay away from the fog soups. Had a reaction after I had got the wrong arms, but it was worth it (and I have a pretty heavy peanut allergy, so that says something). The Tonkotsu is AMAZING, especially with less salt (personal preference, I think it lets the pig taste shine through more). You get a ton of extra noodles for only $2.
Ramen was good, not the best, but the broth was delicious. Service was less than desirable. Only cash. Bad customer service. Possibly racist towards non-Asian customers.
Always enjoy eating at this place, but at some point the waiting time is ridiculous. Food taste good, friendly staff and remember: only CASH!
Prices are **** expensive (typical for a Ramen place), but the food is typically pretty good. The pork may or may not be perfect depending on the day and time you go. The cold noodle is delicious, but be sure to ask for sauce on the side and add as much as you want because otherwise it will be extremely salty.
