Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónSeafood was overcooked. And the sauce to pasta ratio was off, too much pasta for too little sauce. Overpriced for the quality.
Very good products, a real Italian cuisine. A very friendly young waiter I recommend
Bon Gusto in London, Victoria, fell short in flavor, particularly with the papadelle pasta which lacked taste and freshness. The Fiorentina pizza also lacked flavor. Service was slow, likely due to understaffing on the shop floor. The time gap between the starter and main course was longer than expected. Despite being in a prime location near St James, there is room for improvement to reach its full potential.
A cozy restaurant serving classic Italian food. The mussels are great! The tiramisu is an awesome way to end the meal! Worthy for a revisit.
Disappointing. Was expecting it to be decent given the positive reviews, and the food was fine (but expensive for what it was very run of the mill Italian), but the service was perfunctory it's as if they expect everyone to be tourists who won't be repeat visitors, so not much point making an effort. Food came quickly, but waitresses very disinterested and cold. Also gave us an unnecessary lecture explaining why we had to pour the wine ourselves for our 17 year old children (whose birthday it was) we didn't have a problem with doing that as I appreciate the restaurant can set its own policy, but it is not correct for them to say it is a legal requirement once they are 16. It's not as if we had commented on it, so it spoilt the mood and evening unnecessarily. Shame, as we live locally and were looking for another regular but it won't be Bon Gusto we won't be going back.
