Pret is a good consistent coffee shop and snack restaurant in heathrow. clean tables, fast service and good drinks standards

I understand that it is busy (especially with the new subscription in), but some employees seem to have an employment that they do not feel welcome. a smile goes on a long way – I'm sure it's hard to smile when they're tired, but maybe management could do something? I know it's easier said than done, but I think it's important that pret their customer service game on the bins / finally, people who use the subscription code are still viable customers. plus, cafe nero next door, no matter how busy it is – very different customer service. you feel like it is really important to them! and the prices are equal (if not higher at pret).

I love to go here as eating is freshly prepared and its consistently good. the personal is always friendly and welcoming and I had no reason to complain.

Was really busy with people everywhere but queueing system extremely efficient with a member of staff directing people into different queues so we were served within around a minute which was pretty impressive. Nicest cup of tea I've had in a long time (Earl Grey...with Soya milk) and husband said his coffee was really nice. We both had a cheese and pickle baguette which was also very good and tasted really fresh. I never usually go to Pret after a couple of bad experiences in my local branch, one with an awful sandwich and another with a rude member of staff, but I'll give them a try again as this was excellent.
