I asked the guy this morning will they open on time he replied No very nasty with his backturned to me... Who is the manager/owner ? What are you doing about this ? Everyone is pretty much saying the same thing, youstaff is rude and disrespectful... We all can 't be lying......
I ordered the Dunkin Midnight Dark Roast coffee with a donut a little after 7pm. The coffee was so smooth and rich. It was not overpowering which I liked since I do not drink coffee regularly. I could taste notes of chocolate on my tongue. My experiencewith the donut was another story. It was quite stale to the touch and bite. It crunched when I bit into it. I would have hopedthe Dunkin associate would have warned me before putting it in the bag.
I just walked in and had to turn right back around because there were hardly any donuts left, and there were flies buzzing around what was available. So, I thought, "No thanks, I'm good!" I could also hear the employees laughing in the back. I get that it was close to 9 PM, but still…
The restaurant never opens on time, and the frozen drink machine has been out of order for two years.
I visited the restaurant on September 1, 2022, at 4:00 PM, and the staff member on duty was on their phone, chatting, and completely ignored me when I tried to place my order. They simply told me, “we're closed right now,” which wasn’t true. If any managers see this, please do better and consider hiring someone else. This is unacceptable service.
