Starbucks - City of New York

When one of the drinks in my order was wrong (I think I ordered it incorrectly) Avery insisted on remaking it for me. This made my day since I had been craving it! Even though it was a very busy store she stayed cheerful and made each customer feel important. Avery wished us a good day and safe trip home with a big smile. Thanks for a great experience

This Starbucks is the best… the line was… notably LONG… and the way this team showed up together.. next level. There’s a girl there with gauges. She seems to be the leader.. humble, grounded and running the line. The entire time works so well together.. makes the experience the experience.

I stopped in and was immediately greeted and invited in by the friendliest person who was sweeping up. I wish I got her name. She made me feel welcome. Thank you

You guys need to do better with keeping your gender neutral toilet clean, especially when it’s gender neutral!

This is a great location, the lot is really busy, can easily get stuck, the people working are really nice. thank you!
