Next to the lake. Very good food and reasonable price. External tables look over the lake where you can see how the fisherman lands their catch

I was very happy yesterday about my dinner: wonderful tortelli with porcini mushrooms, ravioli with bufala and spinach and... incredible snails! Do not forget to taste the wonderful Trappolini red vino della casa! Worth visiting.

We went in at 7:00 and didn't know it was only open at 7.30. No English spoken, but after using Google translators they let us in anyway and give us some cheese and bread cookies. You couldn't have been more friendly. They gave us a bottle of local red wine for €10 and that was fantastic (see picture). We also tried to translate the menu and in the end I only asked for a steak. The best decision we both made as one of the best steaks we both ate. Chips and salads were ordered separately. For pudding, we only asked if they are retired and they did. All in all a top meal for €52, which I thought was very good.

During a week's stay in the province of Lazio, near Civitella d'Agliano, we came over a beautiful informal restaurant conveniently on the main road of Castiglione in Teverina and ate there three or four times. The beautiful surroundings near the hurly stream that drove the old mill,...a welcoming, pleasant extended family offers service, food, entertainment and information all were so pleasant that we were back to the Dine. Ideal for those looking for good food at very reasonable prices in a pleasant atmosphere. Please say hi from the California family. (Little English spoken)

We had a great stay in one of the guest rooms. the family that runs the taverna is very friendly and nice, they really wanted to feel comfortable. the dishes we ordered are fresh and very tasty cooked. in the menu you will find many traditional dishes from the region. all in all, we were glad to stay there on the way to the south.
