Sign on door said open at 9am on Saturday morning doors were locked and drive through closed

Great Chili ! Great burgers! Great fries! Inside service at most fast food places is slow during lunch. Freezing inside on a cool day.

Came through at lunch time today and the food was fine, I just made sure to cancel my baked potato after seeing this. However what on earth is the purpose of keeping this window open? So many flies, mosquitoes and mosquito hawks flew in just as I was sitting here. No one is even taking money at this window yet it just sits wide open. I’m not from this town and just passing through but I wish I had checked their reviews before stopping here. ? Never again.

They were not busy at all. And the food was not fresh.

We went at a busy time but was treated really well. We were in and out and the food was fresh and hot. Service was awesome even though they were very busy they still treated us with respect and a smile.
