Joey Bag A Donuts - Clarendon County

The name serves this place justice.. Joeys donuts belong in a trash bag!!! Ordered 4 bagel sandwiches few donuts, absolutely disappointed. Next time I’ll just stop at Dunkin. Being from Jersey, I know my expectations are a tad bit higher than the folks of SC, but I can’t imagine anyone who would enjoy this unless their taste buds were affected by the coronavirus! I wish I could give 0 stars!!!

This place is awesome, cake donuts (blueberry is the best), yeast donuts, the dragon bagel sandwich all my favorites. There's something for everyone here.

Service is good, place is clean but… We have been here five times to get my son who is allergic to wheat one of their gluten free donuts and they never have them. I also order a breakfast sandwich which I try to get on a jalapeno bagel and they never have that either. This is at seven thirty in the morning so I'm sure there was no run on these two items the five times I've been there. Maybe we'll try one more time.

Unfortunately, I have had several poor customer service experiences. I arrived nearly 20 minutes after they “open”. People inside were answering phone calls and standing around. I waited outside 15 minutes trying to give them the benefit but still no one came to unlock the door. Joey missed out on a large order today. I will definitely not return and will be going elsewhere.

The kind gentleman even offered to restart the oven to make me a fresh glazed donut because they were sold out of them. That's great service!
