I am actually reviewing Nigel’s new space in Hanahan, SC. This is my first time trying out any of Nigel’s restaurants. What can I say? It didn’t disappoint. I went during the soft opening and it was ahhhmazing. The food was absolutely delicious. Full of flavor and it took me back to my childhood of eating my families cooking. I recently had to come to North Charleston for an inventory. Whenever I travel, I always try to find interesting places to eat. My hotel was right down the street from Nigel’s Good Food so I decided to try it. All I can say is WOW! I love good ole’ country cooking and this place did not disappoint. I got the fried pork chops, mac and cheese, fried cabbage, okra and banana pudding for dessert. I also got lemonade Kool Aid to drink.
