However, on my recent visit, I ordered something extra and was disappointed to find that it wasn't included in my meal when I got home. Mistakes happen, but it's frustrating to pay for something and not receive it, especially when the restaurant isn't busy. I love Bojangles, but it was a letdown to not get what I paid for.
Sent to bojangles on tiny town rd today (3/11) at 12 o'clock. first I talked to the person about the loudspeaker constantly said that I "stopp." then the person (a young lady) asked about my order. I ordered a number 11 (two legs and one ate) and a number 15 (4 chicken strips.) she told me: "we are out of legs....oh we wait them" I said ok and continued to pay until the window. when I arrived, a young lady was there, who obviously had a bad job for unknown reasons. they gave me the orders that they then "have a good day" to me not really meaningful. when I came home, I had less than I had ordered. only two pieces of chicken instead of the three on the menu. Normally I have a good experience with bojangles, which makes this situation disappointing. I choose to give my business to bojangles. Remember that there are other places I can go to. the young ladies are usually pleasant and accommodating. this young lady should not say the least. note: rent them people who actually want to be there.
The dining experience was fantastic, despite some frustrations. I had three delicious chicken biscuits with a side of tasty sauce.
I went through the Drive-Thru and ordered a child's meal with Bo-rounds. The food was fresh and hot.
Their customer service is always outstanding. However, we are saddened at the news that they no longer offer the pork chop griller for breakfast ?It was truly one of our favorites.The good news is they have a great breakfast menu and we chose another meal. Keep up the great work.
